Profitra ("we") takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with, and what your rights are.
It applies to your use of the Profitra platform and its services.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
- Identity and account: email address, first name, last name, username, password (stored encrypted).
- Sign-up information: traffic source and method, contact details, country, and any information you provide during onboarding.
- Payment: your wallet address (USDC) for paying out your earnings.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, login sessions, and strictly necessary cookies.
- Content: the images and information you upload to build your landing pages.
3. Why we use your data
- Provide and operate the platform and your account.
- Track conversions and calculate then pay your commissions.
- Secure the service and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on the performance of our contract (providing the service), your consent (where required), our legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention), and our legal obligations.
5. Data sharing
We never sell your data. We only share it with the providers necessary to operate the service:
- Our partner affiliate network and advertisers: to track conversions generated by your links.
- Our database hosting provider.
- Our provider for storing your landing page images.
- Our application hosting provider.
- Our cryptocurrency payment providers: to pay out your earnings.
6. Affiliates' public pages
The landing pages published by our affiliates on dedicated domains are promotional pages: the profiles and conversations they display are fictional or simulated, and no message you type there is sent to a real person.
On these pages, we only collect technical measurement data (clicks and redirects to the offer, via a click identifier) needed to track conversions and calculate affiliate commissions. No sensitive personal data is collected there. If you continue to the advertised service, the processing of your data is governed by that third-party service's privacy policy.
7. Cookies
We only use cookies strictly necessary for authentication and keeping your session. We do not use advertising cookies on the platform.
8. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active, then for the periods required by our legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, object to and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. You can delete your account directly from your settings, or write to us at contact@profitra.net.
10. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted passwords, restricted access, and secure communications.
11. International transfers
Some of our providers may be located outside the European Union. In that case, we ensure appropriate safeguards govern such transfers.
12. Minors
The service is strictly reserved for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy. The last updated date appears at the top of this page. We will notify you of significant changes.
