These terms govern access to and use of the Profitra platform. By creating an account, you accept these terms in full.
If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
1. Purpose of the service
Profitra is an affiliate platform that lets you create landing pages, track conversions generated by your traffic, and earn a commission based on a tier system.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The service is prohibited to minors.
3. Account
You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out from your account.
4. Affiliate obligations
By using Profitra, you agree to the following rules:
- Generate only lawful, real traffic: no bots, incentivized, fraudulent or traffic bought in violation of applicable rules.
- Comply with the terms of our partners and the relevant advertisers.
- Do not publish illegal, misleading, defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights on your landing pages.
- Do not impersonate a real person without authorization.
- Comply with all laws applicable to your activity and traffic.
5. Pages published by affiliates
Landing pages created with Profitra are promotional pages published by our affiliates from templates provided by the platform. The profiles, names, photos, conversations and counters they display are fictional or simulated for marketing purposes: they do not correspond to real people and no real conversation takes place on these pages.
These pages redirect to third-party services operated by independent advertisers. Signing up for and using those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policy, which we invite you to review. Profitra is neither the publisher nor the operator of those services.
To report illegal content or abuse on a page published through Profitra, write to us at contact@profitra.net.
6. Commissions and payments
Your commission per conversion depends on your tier at the time of the conversion; it is frozen at that moment. A conversion may be pending, approved or rejected, and an approved conversion may be reversed afterwards; in that case, the corresponding commission is cancelled.
Payments are made in USDC to the wallet address you provided, on a weekly basis, subject to reaching the minimum withdrawal threshold. No income is guaranteed.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Any fraud, fake conversion or manipulation of the tracking system.
- Any attempt to circumvent, hack or compromise the security of the platform.
- Spam or any deceptive practice to generate traffic.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, its technology and its content remain the exclusive property of Profitra. We grant you a personal, limited and non-exclusive right to use it for the duration of your account.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account, without notice, in case of breach of these terms or suspicion of fraud. Earnings from fraudulent or non-compliant activity may be cancelled.
10. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any level of income, uninterrupted availability, or the absence of errors. Conversion tracking and validation partly depend on our partners and the advertisers.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Profitra cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of earnings or data arising from the use of the service.
12. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms at any time. The last updated date appears at the top of this page. By continuing to use the service, you accept the updated terms.
